In particular, some specific areas within Cerrado, Matas de Minas, Mogiana, and Sul de Minas regions are known to cultivate excellent coffee. * 15/16 refers to the screen size, a way of measuring the size of the bean. 18 is the largest screen size. ** SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup); Strictly Soft beans are grown at relatively low altitudes (under 1200 meters).
