I love specialty coffee and I want you to love it too! As the owner and roaster of Joe's Brother Coffee, I get to try great coffees from all over the world. I've wanted to find a way to share these amazing coffees with you for a while now and finally have a way to do it. The Joe's Brother Coffee Text Club is a free club that has no hassles & no commitments. 

The Joe's Brother Coffee Text Club will include limited quantities of coffees I am trying at the moment, samples that I think you'll enjoy and so much more!

How do I sign up for the Joe's Brother Coffee Text Club?

Enter your phone number to join the text club. Before your first order you'll need to provide your address & payment information. It is free to sign up for the club and you unsubscribe at any time.

Anyone in the continental U.S. who has an address that can receive packages from USPS can join.

What if I have an issue?

How does ordering work?

After signing up with your phone number you will receive a weekly text with our featured coffee or special offer. If you would like to order it, simply respond with "Yes" and your order will process automatically. If it is your first order you will need to add your shipping and payment information as well.

How does shipping work?

Each coffee ships directly from our roastery in Comstock Park, Michigan to be as fresh as possible. Until recently, the USPS was our best option for shipping, however as of late they have been less reliable and more expensive. UPS is fast becoming our carrier of choice. Your address must be able to receive packages from either USPS or UPS.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Currently our roasting days are Monday and/or Tuesday depending on order volume. Orders are roasted & shipped same day and take 1-5 business days to arrive. For example, if you live in California, your about 5 days from Michigan.

How can I update my shipping address or credit card?

You can fill out the order page again at any time with updated shipping or payment information (while using the same phone number) to update your information in the system. If you have any issues, you can reach out via the support form.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free. Well sort of. To keep the program simple, shipping costs are included in the price. Based on your location, (distance from our roastery) we'll ship with either USPS or UPS. The cost of the coffee and shipping will be clearly stated in each coffee text, so their are no surprise fees.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

This is not a coffee paid subscription program, so their are no monthly fees. You can opt-out from the weekly texts by replying to any text with STOP at any time. If you change your mind, you can sign up again anytime in the future by visiting this page.
